After my first task for this company, i gone through "realistic tough".I have to work independence with no details briefing, no direction and no requirement.
Boss said design a new pin, then i have to come out my own way of design.
Quite tough with it.
Once they reject, also come with no reason.
They can easily rejected your design with.."don't know...just don't feel good with it.."
then i have to refine it with don't know what they want and what they don't want.
How hard ?!
